This full-time assignment offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week, engaging with a diverse student population using evidence-based practices. New graduates working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experienced clinicians with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply. Your skills will play a vital role in developing and managing individualized therapy plans, creating accessible learning for students with speech or language challenges.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations is a plus
  • Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized or group therapy sessions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students K-12, following IEP requirements
  • Conduct assessments and reevaluations to help identify language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Develop targeted intervention plans, monitor progress, and document therapeutic outcomes
  • Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents to advocate for students’ communication goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
