New graduates working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experienced clinicians with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations is a plus
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized or group therapy sessions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students K-12, following IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments and reevaluations to help identify language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
- Develop targeted intervention plans, monitor progress, and document therapeutic outcomes
- Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents to advocate for students’ communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
