Speech Language Pathologist in Layton, UT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license in Utah
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
