Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience working in school or pediatric environments
- Background with healthcare documentation and compliance
- Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person therapeutic modalities
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Implement evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s needs
- Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere within the school community
