Qualifications & Experience
- Current CA Speech Language Pathologist License
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or qualifying for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric, school-aged populations, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Skilled in teletherapy, onsite therapy, or a combination, with strong communication and organizational abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy services to TK-8 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and consistent documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Adapt interventions for diverse student needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
