Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous school-based experience and/or strong interest in working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to different caseloads and work environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEPs based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students across various grade levels with a broad range of needs, from mild articulation to complex communication challenges
