Step into a rewarding contract position as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students in a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) provides hands-on experience at two nearby elementary sites, each equipped with a lead SLP to guide and collaborate with you. Whether you are a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you will play a vital role in helping young learners strengthen their communication skills.
What You’ll Bring:
- License or eligibility for SLP licensure in the state
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials (new grads and experienced SLPs welcome)
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for making a measurable difference in student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students on assigned caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
- Receive additional caseload details during the interview process
