Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children (PreK–8th grade)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 40-50 students
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech/language needs
- Screen, assess, and evaluate to determine student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
