Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience in a school-based environment preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with students, families, and staff.
- Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities across caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to develop effective strategies and support student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with school and legal requirements.
