Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in North Little Rock, AR

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy within educational settings
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) consistent with students’ needs and school guidelines
- Deliver therapy services both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and student outcomes
