Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in cooperation with teachers and families
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support students’ needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Support staff and family education regarding communication disorders
