Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse school-aged caseload
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Offer direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, tailoring interventions to student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and compliance records
- Support and educate students, parents, and staff about speech and language strategies within the school environment
