You’ll work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting approximately 45-55 students with a variety of speech- and language-related needs. Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active state-issued Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience delivering speech therapy to students from kindergarten through high school is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within the school setting
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student development
