School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | North East, Maryland

This full-time contract opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educators and families to help children achieve their communication goals. Four positions are available to serve a diverse student population.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome to apply
- Prior experience in school-based settings (K-12) is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop strategies for student success
- Offer support and training to staff on speech-language concerns as needed
