A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a contract assignment at an elementary school in Morton, PA. This role is part of the Early Intervention program, serving students across several surrounding areas in Pennsylvania.
Location: Morton, PA (Early Intervention program sites include Darby, Collingdale, Sharon Hill, Glenolden, Lansdowne, Ridley Park, and Philadelphia)
Schedule: 35 hours per week preferred, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates with availability for at least two days per week will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students within assigned zones.
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs to deliver effective interventions tailored to student needs.
- Maintain flexibility to serve multiple geographic areas as required.
- Document and monitor student progress according to program guidelines.
- Participate in meetings and coordinate with educators and families to support individual education plans.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working as an SLP in school or early intervention settings.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work across various locations within the service region.
