Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ communication growth with a full-time teletherapy opportunity dedicated to PreK-5th grade learners! As a bilingual (Spanish-English) speech-language pathologist, you will provide virtual support to approximately 20-25 students, delivering targeted interventions and comprehensive evaluations within an engaging school-based setting.

Your expertise will help students reach their communication milestones while allowing you the flexibility and innovation of a virtual environment. Collaborate closely with educators and families to create positive outcomes for diverse learners.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), with credentials for telepractice
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • Direct experience in school settings, especially PreK-5th grades, preferred
  • Strong skills in administering speech/language evaluations and developing tailored IEPs
  • Well-versed in utilizing digital platforms for remote assessment, intervention, and communication

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 20-25 students, focusing on individualized speech/language therapy virtually
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in both Spanish and English
  • Develop, implement, and review IEPs in coordination with educational teams and families
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff for student progress and program alignment
  • Document session notes, progress, and assessment results promptly and accurately
  • Engage families to foster student success and active participation
