Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid SLP license for Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and student evaluation procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students referred for speech-language services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate directly with teachers, special education staff, families, and support personnel
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing student progress reviews
