School Speech Language Pathologist - Niles, Michigan

What you'll need to succeed:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP credential preferred, but new graduates pursuing CFY welcome to apply
- Experience or practicum in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite, providing direct services and consultation for students, staff, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted therapy services
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
