Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in the state
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based speech therapy in individual or group sessions
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress and recommended interventions
- Maintain clear documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment
