Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to administer assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ASHA CCCs preferred, CFY considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
