These full-time positions begin in September 2026 and extend for 12 weeks, offering professionals the chance to support students' communication development during key periods of the academic year.
Key Details and Requirements:
- Full-time, 35+ hours per week starting Fall 2026 for 12 weeks
- Multiple roles:
- Two elementary school positions, each working with preschool through K-5 students, both serving high Autism and preschool populations
- One additional school-based position to be determined
- Settings are exclusively on-site; remote roles are not available
- Caseloads focused on supporting diverse learner needs within inclusive educational communities
- Recent graduates (CFs) are welcome to apply if they can secure external supervision; however, clinicians holding their CCCs will receive hiring preference
- Candidates must possess a valid NJ SLP License and NJ SLS Certification at the time of application
- SLPAs are not eligible for consideration for these assignments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify communication and language needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and comply with district reporting standards
- Engage with families and staff to support optimal student outcomes
