Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Current or pending Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP License (New Jersey or eligibility for state licensure)
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellows—comprehensive mentorship provided
- Experience with school-aged children and pediatric populations is advantageous
- Familiarity with IEP development, caseload management, and documentation
- Comfort with teletherapy technology (for remote assignments)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school settings
- Manage various caseloads tailored to your skills and experience
- Develop and collaborate on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Engage with other educators, parents, and caregivers to foster student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Provide teletherapy services as assigned (where applicable)
