Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCC (CFY considered)
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Experience with preschool population and special needs (ASD, multiple disabilities)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for a caseload of 25 students (ages 3-8, primarily preschoolers)
- Deliver services in both extended school year (ESY) and maternity leave settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
