Desired Qualifications:
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathology and Teaching Certificates (must be submitted with resume)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or willingness to work as CF; CFs considered with agency-paid supervision
- Strong skills in schools-based therapy and AAC devices
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in elementary, middle, or secondary school settings
- Team-oriented with a passion for collaborating with OTs, PTs, and vision/hearing specialists
- Virtual-only applicants and SLPAs not recognized in PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech therapy for diverse caseloads—elementary, middle grades, high school, and specialized learning centers
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on student-centered intervention plans
- Support students with a range of needs, from regular education to life skills and autistic support
- Contribute to transition planning and the functional real-life skill development for secondary students
- Leverage AAC and other technology as appropriate
