School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Oxford, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid PA SLP licensure (must be provided with your application)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered with agency support for supervision
- Prior pediatric, early intervention, or preschool experience is a plus
- Familiarity with providing itinerant and on-site services in school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students (ages 3-5) with a variety of special needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and generate timely, compliant documentation
- Travel between program sites within the New Oxford/Gettysburg region
- Utilize provided resources: laptop, iPad, testing kits, and subscription to LessonPix
- Maintain organized records and participate in team meetings
- Participate fully in the 188-day preschool calendar with hours from 8:00am to 3:30pm, up to 35 hours per week
