Qualifications:
- SLP Maryland State license (active and in good standing)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC)
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for a caseload of 35-45 elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Conduct speech/language evaluations and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
