Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA credentials
- Eligibility for state licensure (or current license)
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to adapt with caseload assignment as needs are finalized
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Open to travelers or those seeking hybrid arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and support services to elementary students
- Evaluate communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and set clear, measurable goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP/504 meetings
- Adapt therapy and interventions to best meet student needs across varying caseloads and locations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
