Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in schools highly desirable
- Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students as assigned
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student learning and progress
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development as required
- Deliver services in compliance with state and federal guidelines
