Travel School Speech and Language Pathologist | New Britain, Connecticut

This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting in New Britain, CT. The role involves working onsite approximately 35 hours per week, split between two elementary schools with schedules from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM. This opportunity is set to start as soon as possible and continues through June 9, 2026. Two openings are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse student population within inclusion settings.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Comply with all district and state requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist License active in Connecticut.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CF) as well.
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be accepted.
- Prior school-based experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with a range of disability categories within inclusion settings.
- Ability to participate in Zoom interviews.
- Upfront licenses are preferred for prompt consideration.
