Key Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Monolingual (English)
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Comfort in supervising and mentoring SLPAs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Supervise and guide SLPAs across two campuses, ensuring the quality and fidelity of service delivery
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
