Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably within grades 3-12
- Strong knowledge of educational IEPs, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65 students, grades 3-12
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement and track progress on IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including assessment results and session notes
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
