- Strong interpersonal skills, professional communication, and adaptability
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Provide individualized and small group therapy
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Offer support and consultation to teachers and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
