Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current Speech Language Pathologist credential
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience working in school settings preferred; healthcare and pediatric backgrounds are valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for middle school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized and group therapy targeting speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and guide best practices for supporting speech-language development in the educational setting
- Provide guidance, resources, and support to families as they navigate their child’s speech and language journey
This contract offers 35 hours per week, spread across five weekdays, providing a consistent schedule to maintain work-life balance.
