Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience and comfort working in pediatric or school settings, particularly with early childhood and elementary-age students
- Familiarity with both mild/moderate and intensive needs populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student development and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
