What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally across Early Childhood and Elementary School levels
- Ability to manage and adapt to a varied caseload of K–12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student progress and working with a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal and state education requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
- Contribute insights and strategies to help create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
