What you’ll bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working within school settings, supporting students from PreK through Grade 8
- Strong bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct assessments and therapy in both languages
- Genuine passion for fostering communication development and supporting students’ educational and social success
- Commitment to in-person work, collaborating with fellow educators, specialists, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students across PreK-8th grade
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Document interventions and compliance per district and regulatory requirements
- Assist with IEP development and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
