School Speech and Language Pathologist | Arlington Heights, Illinois

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Knowledge of culturally responsive practices and experience with multicultural populations
- Ability to work on-site in person and adapt services to elementary and middle school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in PreK–8th grade across multiple school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create individualized treatment plans
- Support language development and academic progress in both Spanish and English
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives
