School Speech Language Pathologist - Murrieta, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year [CFY] candidates considered)
- At least one year of recent experience in an educational, pediatric, or healthcare SLP setting
- Ability to work effectively with high school-aged students and young adults with diverse communication needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in schools or with transition-aged populations highly desirable
- SLPA credential not sufficient for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for optimal student progress
- Serve both the Adult Transition Program and the High School within the district
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to transition planning when appropriate
