Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Murrieta, California

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), SLP-CFY, or equivalent considered
- Experience working in a school-based and/or pediatric healthcare environment
- Proficiency in teletherapy or willingness to support students virtually as needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
As part of this dynamic position, you’ll:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Create individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to support students’ educational goals
- Conduct sessions in person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward related speech-language goals
- Consult with educators and family members to facilitate comprehensive support for each child
- Maintain timely records, reports, and required compliance documentation
- Offer mentorship and guidance to SLP-CFYs if applicable
