Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Hemet, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience delivering pediatric therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Solid documentation and caseload management skills
- Comfort working independently as well as consulting with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and family engagement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individual education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students via in-person and virtual formats
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing progress reports
- Offer resources and support to caregivers and teachers
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language therapy
