Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Mundelein, Illinois

Your caseload will focus on 50 high school students, with four students requiring consult-only services. The position includes responsibility for approximately seven evaluations throughout the assignment, allowing you to focus on quality and individualized care. The ideal candidate will possess:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with high school caseloads and consultative services
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to collaborate and engage in a dynamic school environment
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a diverse group of high school students
- Conduct thorough assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports (approximately seven during the assignment)
- Provide consultative support for designated students
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with on-site and remote professionals
- Maintain all required documentation in compliance with school guidelines
