Key Skills & Background:
- Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, ideally with elementary-aged children
- Skilled at managing a caseload of around 60 students in grades K–5
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and communicative classroom environment
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-person speech and language services to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document student progress, maintaining all necessary records
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ academic and social growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as a valued member of the educational team
