Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current (or eligibility for) Tennessee SLP licensure
- Experience working within school settings, especially with elementary ages
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 63 K–6 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy, assessments, and progress tracking
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
