Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Mount Vernon, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain one
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFY applicants welcomed
- Skilled in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Experience in educational settings or healthcare preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy to students both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and federal guidelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, sharing your expertise to support student growth
