Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure for Tennessee
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting or with adolescent age groups preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 77 middle and high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Implement evidence-based interventions targeted to each student’s goals
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Job Details:
- Start as soon as possible and continue through May 21, 2027
- 35 hours per week
- Serve students in both middle and high school settings
