Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license, or ability to obtain before the start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatrics, preferably K-5 school settings
  • Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to approximately 45 K-5 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain timely documentation
  • Engage in effective communication with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver a full schedule of 8–9 speech/language sessions per day
  • Contribute to student progress monitoring and reporting
