Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings, ranging from preschool to older students
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students, families, and staff
  • Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 60 students with varying speech and language needs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and participate in IEP meetings for eligible students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational and functional outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
