Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current New York state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide direct and indirect therapy services and thorough case management
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy directly to high school students
- Manage all aspects of caseload, from assessment through progress reporting
- Track and document student outcomes and growth
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to develop and adjust individualized plans
- Maintain accurate case documentation and implement IEP goals
