School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mooresville, Indiana

In this role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting students across grade levels. Your experience and compassion will help students achieve their communication goals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working with a varied caseload across K-12 age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate outcomes to families and staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student plans.
- Adapt therapy approaches to engage a diverse student population.
