Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP credential
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and evaluations in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Provide direct and consultative services tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as required
