Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, though open to strong candidates from other settings
- Dedication to fostering communication and language development in children and adolescents
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to assigned student caseload
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), participate in eligibility and annual review meetings
- Deliver assessments and interpret results for families and staff
- Offer direct, consultative, and/or group therapy tailored to student needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
