Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Monticello, New York

Qualifications Desired:
- Valid New York SLP license
- TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and deliver individualized therapy sessions for students in K-12
- Develop and implement IEP goals, document progress, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and advocate for their needs
- Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers regarding speech and language concerns
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal policies
