Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; applications from CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience in K-12 schools, pediatric settings, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms when needed
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to meet educational and functional goals
- Maintain accurate records and document progress according to state and district guidelines
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to support student success
- Deliver services in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) formats as needed
